Cancellation Policy & Refunds

Cancellation Policy for Pilates by Ness.

We hold your appointment just for you and ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule that you please provide us with at least 24-hour notice. This way our instructors will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly, and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waitlist.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of your scheduled service amount. Appointment “no call, no shows” will also be charged a no show fee of 100% of the scheduled service amount. All clients will be required to have a credit card in our encrypted safe system to hold all appointments. By scheduling an appointment with your credit card you are agreeing to our terms. We appreciate you and your business.

At Pilates by Ness we have a strict no refunds policy on purchases made.
